Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed when using the EstateOps Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it to keep the Service safe and reliable.
You must not
- Use the Service to break the law, or to infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
- Access, or try to access, data belonging to another estate, user or role that you are not authorised to see.
- Misuse residents’ or partners’ personal data, including using it for purposes other than estate operations.
- Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, disrupt or defeat the security of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or place unreasonable load on the Service.
- Share login credentials, impersonate others, or misrepresent your role or affiliation.
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or otherwise harmful.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
You must
- Keep your account secure and your contact details accurate.
- Use resident, partner and estate information only for legitimate estate-management purposes.
- Report any security issue or suspected misuse promptly (see Security).
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other appropriate action. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
